A Scottish wedding cake from Jenny's Cakes is created especially for your special day, so no two cakes are exactly alike- The only things Jenny's cakes have in common are their superb quality of appearance and the wonderful taste. The bakery is located in Central Scotland, in the village of Crossford in the beautiful Clyde Valley. Since 1986, Jenny and her team have produced over a thousand Wedding Cakes for couples celebrating their wedding in Scotland. We are confident that we can meet, and surpass, your expectations! Jenny Breen, the proprietor of Jenny's Cakes, has over THIRTY years of training and experience, including four years full-time study at Birmingham College of Food and Domestic Arts. Jenny's Qualifications include :-

• National Bakery Diploma.

• College Associateship in Food Technology.

• Diploma & Certificate of the Institute of Public Health and Hygiene.

• Basic and Advanced City & Guilds Certificates in Breadmaking and Flour Confectionery.

Jenny's previous experience includes posts as Test Baker with Fuller Kunzles (Birmingham), Raw Materials Testing with Chief Chemist at Fuller Kunzles, Confectioner and Baker with Cadena Cakes (Bristol), and Owner of Jenny's Patisserie, Crossford.
