This cake is decorated with handmade bright pink sugar roses and rose buds, with a few diamante stems to add a bit of sparkle. Most aspects can be changed to suit YOUR requirements.
Our chocolate wedding cakes are coated in a chocolate ganache or chocolate-flavoured sugar paste. This has the advantage that it does not need to be refrigerated during transport, or at your wedding reception.
Inside is a scrumptious chocolate sponge, split and coated with chocolate buttercream, then marzipanned to keep the goodness in, and finally coated in chocolate sugarpaste.
