Floral art wedding cakes are a perfect way to emphasise the floral theme of your wedding. We have the sugar-crafting skills to make accurate replicas of real-life flowers to a very high standard- in fact, many brides cannot tell our sugar art from the real thing! We produce roses, calla lilies, orchids, blossoms, berries and various leaves.
The picture here shows a large three-tier cake, of a round stacked design, featuring a spectacular spray of fully botanical sugar lilies, roses and blossoms, trimmed with lilac ribbons. Each tier is finished with a wide satin ribbon. We can make any flowers, colours or other trim items and put these together to give you the cake of your dreams.
The cake itself can be a mixture of rich fruit cake, vanilla sponge or chocolate sponge, all made to our secret recipes.

The bakery is located in Central Scotland, in the village of Crossford in the beautiful Clyde Valley. Since 1986, Jenny and her team have produced over a thousand Wedding Cakes for couples celebrating their wedding in Scotland. We are confident that we can meet, and surpass, your expectations!
Jenny Breen, the proprietor of Jenny's Cakes, has over THIRTY years of training and experience, including four years full-time study at Birmingham College of Food and Domestic Arts. Jenny's Qualifications include :-

• National Bakery Diploma.

• College Associateship in Food Technology.

• Diploma & Certificate of the Institute of Public Health and Hygiene.

• Basic and Advanced City & Guilds Certificates in Breadmaking and Flour Confectionery.

Jenny's previous experience includes posts as Test Baker with Fuller Kunzles (Birmingham), Raw Materials Testing with Chief Chemist at Fuller Kunzles, Confectioner and Baker with Cadena Cakes (Bristol), and Owner of Jenny's Patisserie, Crossford.

We bring THIRTY years experience to creating cakes of elegance, style and quality. The bakery is among the best in Scotland, fully equipped with all the professional facilities required to make sure that your wedding cake tastes heavenly, and looks fabulous.
