Gretna Wedding Cake- Small Square with Rose and Thistles.

Portion Guide- about 25 portions (sponge) and 45 portions (Rich Fruit).
This Gretna Wedding Cake is a single tier square cake decorated with a simple silk spray including thistles, heather blossoms and a pair of sugar piped hearts.
You can choose from Sponge flavours Vanilla, Chocolate, Caramel or Real Lemon drizzle. You can also select our fabulous Traditional Rich Fruit Cake, matured in french brandy for two months before delivery.
The cake is simple, elegant and delicious!
This cake is a Square shape, supplied on a 1/2" thick silver cake board. The sponge cake is coated with a thin layer of high quality mild marzipan and then covered with a layer of sugar-paste. the cake is decorated with a simple top piece comprising silk thistles and heather blossoms and organza ribbon. A nice flourish is the pair of piped sugar hearts on the front corner, and this cake is finished with a tartan ribbon around the base of the cake- You can also let us know if you would like a different ribbon- we will do our best to help.
