Jenny Blyth, the proprietor of Jenny's Cakes, has over twenty years of training and experience, including four years full-time study at Birmingham College of Food and Domestic Arts.

Jenny's Qualifications include :-

• Basic and Advanced City & Guilds Certificates in Breadmaking and Flour Confectionery.
• National Bakery Diploma.
• College Associateship in Food Technology.
• Diploma & Certificate of the Institute of Public Health and Hygiene.

Jenny's previous experience includes engagements as Test Baker with Fuller Kunzles (Birmingham), Raw Materials Testing with Chief Chemist at Fuller Kunzles, Confectioner and Baker with Cadena Cakes (Bristol), and Owner of Jenny's Patisserie, Crossford.
