Each Birthday Cake is individually baked, decorated and made to order by Jenny, assisted by the rest of her small team.
The example of a Clown Cake shown has a hand-made model of a pierot figure on top of the cake. The Tom and Jerry Birthday Cake shown to the left demonstrate a technique called FLOODED ARTWORK.
This involves preparing artwork and colour schemes, and drawing the outlines on the surface of the cake, and filling in and colouring each section individually. Finally, each cake is personalised with an inscription and your choice of ribbon.
