Three Tier Cake with Clematis.

The cake shown here is a THREE TIER round stacked wedding cake, coated in white sugarpaste icing. Decoration includes

handmade purple clematis, roses leaves, and pink blossoms and buds,all hand-made in sugar.

The cake itself is covered in cornelli 'embroidery', which adds a texture to this beautiful Wedding Cake.

The skills needed to produce a cake of this quality have been acquired during over twenty years of training and experience by Jenny.

This cake can be either rich fruit, or a combination of sponge and rich fruit. The picture shows the cake set up within view of Loch Lomond.
