Chocolate Wedding Cake.

This Cake shows a single-tier round Chocolate Sponge cake, decorated with a chocolate-flavoured sugarpaste coating and gold ribbon.

Chocolate sugarpaste Roses are placed around the base of the cake, and a spray of chocolate roses and chocolate leaves is placed across the top.

 

This cake is shown as a single tier, but please remember that this design would also suit two-tier or three-tier designs. In three-tier designs, this cake can be used to provide PLAIN SPONGE and of course CHOCOLATE SPONGE cake, to give your guests (and yourself !) the widest choice.
