This Cake shows a two-tier round Chocolate Sponge cake, decorated with a chocolate-flavoured sugarpaste coating and gold ribbon.

FRESH Strawberries and sugar ivy sprays are placed on the cake. This cake is shown on a tall stand, but can also be displayed on pillars. This cake can be used to provide PLAIN SPONGE and of course CHOCOLATE SPONGE cake, to give your guests (and yourself !) the widest choice.
