Each Christening Cake is individually baked, decorated and made to order by Jenny, assisted by the rest of her small team.

The TASTE is very important- Jenny has developed a wonderful sponge recipe, which lends itself to well finished coating with sugarpaste, topped off with floral themes or flooded artwork.

Designs range from simple 8" round or square, or the larger 10" round or square sizes. Cakes can be simply decorated with flower buds and lettering, or with flooded artwork, or can be '3D' shapes, as shown here.

The example shown to the left demonstrate a technique called SUGARPASTE MODELLING.

This involves preparing artwork and colour schemes, creating each individual part of the model, and assembling the pieces together to complete the picture.

Finally, each cake is personalised with an inscription and your choice of ribbon.
