The TASTE is very important- Jenny has developed a wonderful sponge recipe, which lends itself to well finished coating with sugarpaste, topped off with floral themes or flooded artwork.

Designs range from simple 8" round or square, the larger 10" round or square sizes, or even sculptured cakes. Cakes can be simply decorated with flower buds and lettering, or with flooded artwork. Christening Cakes can be decorated using models and figures, as shown here.

Finally, each cake can be personalised with an inscription and your choice of ribbon.
