FAIRY CASTLE WEDDING CAKE

This is the ultimate fantasy wedding cake, featuring a 'cartoon' castle with turrets on top of a cake mountain. This cake will normally be supplied in plain sponge or even chocolate sponge cake. The cake is suited to small or medium sized weddings- if more cake is required, this can be provided in rich fruit or sponge as additional square tiers.

This picture show a wonderful Fairy Castle Wedding cake.This cake shows the use of 3D MODELLING. This involves baking and stacking several sponge cakes, and cutting the base cake to shape. The cake is then coated, and various other parts are assembled to form the finished shape.
