Jenny's BOTANICAL cakes.

The cake shown here is a four-tier round stack cake, coated in sugarpaste icing. There are lillies and jasmine blossoms on the top tier, with abutilon leaves and more jasmine blossoms trailing from top to bottom. Double narrow ribbons and bows add a final touch of elegance.

This cakes can be all rich fruit, can be created using a sponge top tier if required.

 

 

 

 

This picture shows a close-up of the top tier of the Cake, and highlights the superb quality of the hand-made botanically correct sugar flowers. Each individual petal, stamen and leaf is produced and coloured by hand- the effect is stunning !
