The cake shown here is a FOUR TIER STACKED round cake, coated in sugarpaste icing.

The botanical yellow roses, maple leaves and autumn berries are particular features to notice.

Double narrow ribbons in contrasting colours add a little touch of detail to this elegant Wedding Cake.

This cake can be either rich fruit, or a combination of sponge and rich fruit.

It's hard to believe that these flowers are all made from sugarpaste, by hand !

The Maple leaf is the national emblem of Canada, and a similar cake was recently produced by Jenny for a Canadian Wedding.
