

Jenny's BOTANICAL cakes.
The cake shown here is a three-tier round cake, coated in sugarpaste icing. There are lillies, roses, jasmine buds, abutilon leaves, ruscus and hypericum berries on each tier. Double narrow ribbons and bows add a final touch of elegance.
This cake is shown on a tall step stand, and is available in rich fruit, all sponge, or a combination of sponge and rich fruit.
This
picture shows a close-up of the top tier of the
Cake, and highlights the superb quality of the hand-made botanically correct
sugar flowers. Each individual petal, stamen, berry and leaf is produced and
coloured by hand. This takes lots of time, but the result is worth the effort...
