Three Tier Lilly Cake
This shows a three-tier round cake,
decorated with hand-made sugar lillies, lace-wing butterflies, and draped
finish. This cake can be made from rich fruit, or sponge, or a combination
of both. Note the use of a perspex stand, covered with tule. This gives
the illusion of the cake 'floating' on the table. Remember that this cake
can be varied according to your colours..
