Three Tier Tartan Cake
This Cake shows a three-tier square cake, decorated in a Scottish theme with Tartan ribbons, finished with simple heather and thistle sprays. Other National Themes can be achieved. Examples include an Irish theme (using sugar shamrock), or a Canadian theme (using sugar maple leaves) .
    Remember that this cake can be varied according to your colours, and various tartan ribbons can be provided.
    This cake can be made from rich fruit, or sponge, or a combination of both.
