Jenny's BOTANICAL cakes.

The cake shown here is a two-tier round stack cake, coated in sugarpaste icing. There are daisies and jasmine on the top tier, and abutilon leaves trailing down the top tier. The bottom tier demonstrates a double frill. Narrow ribbon and bows add the final touch to this small, but perfectly formed cake. Daisies and jasmine combine to produce a lively and contemporary feel, and are a perfect balance for this two-tier cake.

 

 This cake can be either rich fruit, or a combination of sponge and rich fruit.

 

This picture shows a close-up of the top tier of the Cake, and highlights the superb quality of the hand-made botanically correct sugar flowers. Each individual flower, blossom and leaf is produced and coloured by hand.
