Jenny Breen, the proprietor of Jenny's Cakes,
has over THIRTY years of training and experience, including four years full-time study at Birmingham College of Food and Domestic Arts. Jenny's Qualifications include :-

Jenny's previous experience includes posts as Test Baker with Fuller Kunzles (Birmingham), Raw Materials Testing with Chief Chemist at Fuller Kunzles, Confectioner and Baker with Cadena Cakes (Bristol), and Owner of Jenny's Patisserie, Crossford.

We bring THIRTY years experience to creating cakes of elegance, style and quality. The bakery is among the best in Scotland, fully equipped with all the professional facilities required to make sure that your wedding cake tastes heavenly, and looks fabulous.
