Our vintage range have smooth coating, strong ribbon colours and diamante brooches as central features of the design.
We can also add hand-made sugar blossoms or heart shaped motifs to the surface of the cake to add texture and interest.
Occasionally we add a Dome of Fresh Flowers as a cak topper to match your bridal bouquet.
We offer a wide range of colours and variations, to ensure that the cake matches the other elements of your wedding themes. We have over THIRTY years experience at Jenny's Cakes, working with brides and grooms at our bakery in Crossford.
We offer a choice of flavours for your wedding cake, including combinations of Chocolate wedding cake, Lemon drizzle flavour, Toffee caramel, and of course our famous Traditional Rich Fruit Cake.
Jenny's Cakes has been supplying exquisite handmade wedding cakes in Lanarkshire, Scotland since 1986. Jenny rebuilt the disused blacksmith's shop which adjoined the cottage in Crossford in the heart of the beautiful Clyde Valley, and converted it into a bakery purpose-designed for baking and decorating handmade wedding cakes.
We personally deliver and set up our Wedding Cakes all over Scotland, including Gretna, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire, Loch Lomond, Fife, the Scottish Borders, the Highlands, Perthshire and Ayrshire.
We feel strongly that you should have the opportunity to see where your cake is made, to have a look at some works in progress, have time to discuss wedding cake ideas, and work with Jenny and the team to design YOUR PERFECT WEDDING CAKE!
A very important part of the consultation process is our free 'Tea and Tasters' visit, where guests taste various flavours of delicious sponge cake, as well as Jenny's famed rich fruit cake.

Vintage Wedding cakes can be made in lots of sizes and numbers of tiers, and a variety of shapes and colours, to suit a wide range of wedding venues and sizes.
Most of our 'masterpieces' are decorated with diamante brooches, and often sprinkled with sugar blossoms.
We also provide a range of chocolate cakes to cater for our chocaholic brides, or one chocolate cake tier within the cake itself.
Each wedding cake can then be arranged using a choice of methods such as-
modern stacked wedding cake designs, cake designs using modern perspex separators, to the use of metal step stands, and even using pillars for a taller look.
