'Hi Jenny and Tom,
I have been to many weddings before and since, and I haven't seen a cake yet that compares to the one you did for our wedding. You both should be extremely proud of everything you do.
Gordon Ramsay would be impressed with the standards that you keep. I don't want to limit my praise to the fantastic cake because you were such a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Imagine trying to organize a wedding from across the pond...

From the moment I spoke to you, I felt at ease about one thing, the cake. I had no doubts that it would be perfect and you exceeded my expectations. You kept in such great contact assuring me everything was coming along perfectly and, of course, it was. We still have the figures that were atop the cake! Jenny and Tom, please don't ever change.
